Proud men each and every one,
parade beneath the summer sun
as the massed bands play a rousing tune
on this glorious day in June.
music from the land of song,
echo's down the mall so long
onto horse guards in tunics red,
march the men that Wales has bred,
With medals worn from conflicts won,
and bayonet's glistening in the sun,
honors on the colours born,
from battles won in times forlorn,
the greatest sight that can be seen,
the men parade before their Queen
