boneless chicken breasts
sh*taki or cremini mushrooms
spring onions
fresh parsley
Whipping cream or heavy cream
White wine
Spring onions
sage/ basil / salt and black pepper.

Slowly fry the mushrooms in olive oil. add the Spr. Onions, chopped parsley and herbs/seasoning
When the mushrooms are nice and brown, add the wine and slowly stir in the cream.
set a medium heat under the pan and allow the wine sauce to reduce to a thickness that coats the wooden spoon.
Tenderize the chicken breast to an even thickness -Slowly fry in a separate skillet, adding salt and cracked black pepper to each side.
Once cooked serve the sauce on top of the chicken.
Serve with long grain rice or pasta of your choice.

That's much better Reenie, and sounds very tasty.

However, I don't think I'd like sh*tty mushrooms and I don't know how you crack pepper.
And what's a skillet ?
