Whenever I cook a joint of beef in the oven, it's always been hit and miss, usually tough or dry, so my hubby cooked it for me one day in the pressure cooker... well, talk about melt in the mouth, falling apart

I would never put meat in the oven again!
Just plonk your joint in the pressure cooker, sit it on top of the trivet, half a pint of water, season, bring it up to pressure, and cook very, very low for an hour, and that's it...
