Did anyone see the Hairy Bikers do this recipe when they visited Anglesey? I don't know about all of you but I had never heard of Anglesey Eggs before as a local favourite. It was basicly mash potato mixed with leeks, covered with sliced eggs and topped of with cheese and breadcrumbs.

Do we have any other local dishes??? A Holyhead favourite Cheesy

Anyway, I wouldn't eat anything them hairy blokes cooked, what with their hands being all covered in motorbike oil and hairs falling off their beards and that.
