Never pick blackberries below knee height.  Dogs wee on them.

TO THE ADMIN OF THIS GROUP;
CAN YOU PLEASE TRY TO HAVE A LITTLE MORE CONTROL OVER WHO YOU LET IN. THERE IS A NEW MEMBER. AN ELDERLY WOMAN FROM MILLBANK . SHE HAS BEEN PRIVATELY MESSAGING MEN. SHE SENDS NAKED PICTURES OF HERSELF IN GROTESQUE POSES ALONG WITH CLOSE UPS OF HER LADY GARDEN. SHE IS OFFERING A SAMSUNG GALAXY S8 IN EXCHANGE FOR SEXUAL FAVOURS.

I AM ESPECIALLY UPSET BECAUSE AS IT TURNS OUT, THE PHONE WASN'T EVEN A GALAXY S8... IT WAS A GALAXY S5 AND IT OBVIOUSLY HAS A VIRUS BECAUSE IT'S REALLY SLOW. IF THAT WASN'T BAD ENOUGH... THE CAPS LOCK BUTTON STICKS.

Sort of! I found it frankly, rater boring! Somebodys wife got abducted and I suppose, the rest of the story is having to find her. Not very original.

Location shots we know were mainly of the house itself, Craig Y Mor beach, and (what I think was) the boat compound near the Bolsach Slipway.

I lost interest after that.

Picked up a VW golf toy car today, it seems to have some age to it, I will research it.
Also, a Hotwheels Marvel Avengers Batman car, new.

And some 1/32 plastic Romans, these are much bigger than what I am used to painting.  They have had the flash removed and undercoated

I often see people collecting blackberries that grow at the side of the road and often wonder if those berries are contaminated with chemicals from car exhausts (no puns in this post)

Mushroom picking season is looming too

I guess roadside blackberries will have some heavy metals on them, more on the busier roads.  That said I'd still pick blackberries from rural roads [above waist height though] and wash them well.

But don't listen to me, lets ask SCIENCE for the FACTS

I think blackberries in the old zone 1, 2 and 3 to the east of Tinto chimney back in the day would have been nasty little berries.

I'd be a little more wary of mushrooms by the side of the road.  They are very terrior influenced I believe.  I'm not going to ask SCIENCE about that though, at my age it's good to have some preconceptions.

My Uncle Penrhos had a nasty accident whilst wallpapering the front room.

He's still recovering now.

BlackBerry thorns

I went picking blackberries in shorts as it was sunny.  Schoolboy error.

Last year I went in a woollen jumper.  I can't believe how stupid either.
