Christmas Treats

An alternative or slightly different pudding suggestion.

Ready made/home made individual Yorkshire puddings.
Mincemeat.
Icing Sugar.
Extra thick cream.

Place the individual Yorkshire puddings on a baking tray. Fill with a tablespoon of mincemeat. bake on high for approximately 10 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes. Place individualy on a dessert plate. Sift some icing sugar over each one and serve with the extra thick cream.

Yummy!

Beer.  With a sprig of holly next to it.

Beer.  Served in a glass with some spray-snow on it.
Beer.  Served in a glass with some tinsel round it.
