Hi,

Does anyone have a Commodore Amiga computer they no longer want?  Check your attics!

Cheers

What a coincidence, I over heard some guy saying the other day they fetch up to 200 on E-Bay.

As it happens, I've got one stowed away together with a Toshiba MSX; Atari Console; Binatone; Big-track; Computerised Battleships; Circa. 1978 Handheld Space Invader Game; Simon; Scalextric with cars from 1978 such as Escort Mk1 with lights and TVR 7's.

I guarantee loads of us have similar gadgets/toys from the 70's & 80's gathering dust and also value in our attics.

When I play a retro computer games such as Pacman it takes me back 30 years and it only seems like yesterday when I played it last.  This is  because the sounds and visuals unlock part of the brain that stores useless bits of information such as gaming knowledge.

Is it me or when you think back and visualise playing with your favourite toys the smell also comes back with it, not literally but you can recall and associate the distinctive smell.
Hooray for Holyhead.

You mean like the unmistakable odour of burnt out Hornby motors?  :-\
It's just the bear necessities of life!

That's news to me, maybe the Amiga's older brother C64, and even then it would have to something rare like the laptop portable luggable version or the attempteded Sega/Nintendo killer console version (but ultimate disaster), the C64 gs
