That's fine, I'm not afraid, I'm a qualified exorcist and will happily kick the ghosts out BUT I expect the council to pay my exorcist fee or they will end up getting repossessed !

when is it set to open?

The construction work is scheduled to finish at the end of May then I think various classes from Ysgol Thomas Ellis/ Llaingoch/ Y Parc will visit to take a look to prepare them for September.
