Blydi Rip Offs
« on: Sunday 19 March 2017, 1447 »
We bought some "Golden Oreo" biscuits the other day - what a swizz. They were nothing more than round custard creams.

Has anyone else been robbed blind by unscrupulous mega-corporations?

That company should be banned for false advertising! You are not the only one to be duped by them.  Several weeks ago, doing a big shop, I noticed them so called 'Golden Oreos' and thought they would be a nice treat. When I got home, I was outraged and have been livid ever since.  They were not made of gold at all. I'm going to write a letter.
IT IS RASCALS BIRTHDAY BEFORE MONKEY FIDDLERS!!! STILL!!!
Oooh, it's all "Wils, Wils, Wils!"
Rascal bach, you have no idea how hard I'm laughing at your last post.  You are so funny.
I think Rascal should apologise for Wils - seriously!

Write two letters, in case the first one gets lost.

'We bought some "Golden Oreo" '

Well where did you buy them eh?

Don't tell us that do you?

Don't you think we would like to know so that we can avoid being the subjects of what appears at first sight to be a massive fraud?

I'm sorry Tref Bach, I don't know where they were bought, I only ate them.

Someone needs to check the admin cupboard, just in case we've got some - mind you, just like my uncle Penrhos, if you like custard creams you're in luck.

Reens said somewhere that you can buy allsorts in that pound shop. how much did they cost? that might give you a clue.

On the other hand, if they taste of licqorice, then they are really Allsorts, and not Oreos at all.
It's just the bear necessities of life!

Well there are some very bad attitudes on this site. Custard creams are crap. Oreos are great.  Custard cream-based Oreos are rubbish. It's like having a rubbish picture of '80's frump Samantha Fox, and a super-cool picture of Jessica Raine in HD, and then smudging the super-cool picture so it looks like the first one, whereas it was good, it's now bad.

Is anyone actually following this?

If I had a pound for every time I laughed at one of your posts, I would have an amount less than, or possibly in excess of, or maybe equal to, a pound.

Or should that be poound.

You were probably confusing it with the Baltimore Oriole (from Baltimore).

And while I'm here I want to assure everyone that I've never dunked my birds in anything other that a nice warm bath.

Not waiting for the others.
